Only get 540 in cash istance?

Okay I am a single mother of 3. All we get is 540 a month. I don't understand why I dont get 600 when it clearly says a family of 4 gets 600. Am I getting ripped off? Should I confront the DHS office or no? How much do you get?? [if] u do?
