What is a cellular organelle, that is a projection that moves substances along the surfaces of the cell.?

If this helps at all, this is regards to histology. We are covering mostly epithelium tissue, connective tissue, muscle, and neuron. I'm guessing its out of the first two but I'm not sure. Please help :) Thanks.
