Urgent questions regarding my GSD puppy.?

hi there, i got a puppy on saturday at 9 weeks old and i want to get it vaccinated but i dont get payed till the 8th of april. He will be exactly 11weeks then. I have not had him wormed yet, dont have pets at home, cat has not come home since a got him, i would like to know if thats a problem or not, he gets enough exercise and obedince training from all the family, and his ears are still down, will they stay this way? I have also been told not to play with them nor even stroke them and i really need help, btw im from bradford in england. Thanks
