Where can I find smaller sized compact fluorescent light bulbs?

I haven't had any problems finding the following: a 25 watt incandescent equivalent compact fluorescent light bulb in the torpedo shape, some with the candelabra base and some with the regular base. My issue is that they all appear to be 4.5 inches or larger. I need bulbs that are 3.5 inches with a regular base and 3.25 inches with a candelabra base to fit in the light fixtures I have. Does anyone know where I can find these on the web? If I want to invest in energy efficient lighting, is my only option to find incandescent equivalent LED bulbs of the size I need?
