Is replacing a sliding patio door with french doors a good investment for resale?

Our standard sliding patio door lock broke, and I'm wondering if we should just repair the lock, or spend the money to get french doors instead. My husband doesn't think it will make a difference. I want to put our house on the market next spring so I'm trying to work on getting it ready now. Thanks!
