High level Runescape leveling help!?

I am a level 105 combat runescaper, with these combat stats: 78 attack, 84 strength, 78 defence, 71 prayer, 83 magic, 76 range, 82 hp, and just 21 summoning. I don't really care about summoning, but I would like to raise all my non lvl 80 skills to 80... Where is the best place for me to train attack, defense, and range? I will worry about prayer when I get more money. I only have 1m cash on me right now, but I have a potentual of 10m I am willing to spend really. I have a cannon, full void (with all 3 helms), very good defense armour, very good prayer armour, good range, and I void magic. I just want the fastest way to train all my non combat (but prayer) lvls to 80, and any suggestions would be great, thanks!
