Has Anyone Had the Same Womanly Issues As Below?

For about a year now I have been having extreme lower back pain usually focused to my lower right side and/or hip that will last for about a week right after my period. When the pain initially happens I seem to also have extreme anxiety which will last for about an hour or so. Also, I have chronic fatigue. I have been to my general doctor, and gyno, and they haven't been able to help. They did do a sonogram, but said everything looked normal. I know I can't get a diagnosis on Yahoo Answers, but I would like to see if anyone else has experienced the same issues, and if so, what you were able to do to get pain relief (i.e motrin does not help unfortunately).
